"Two Truths and a Wine" Answers Unveiled
1.) Truth: Echolands Grenache Noir: Famous as the key grape in the legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wines, Grenache is a gem of a wine. This beautiful example from Echolands showcases exactly what makes this grape so great. Grab some for your house here.
2.) Truth: Echolands Cinsault: One of the lesser know grapes behind the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, this medium bodied red wine (pronounced "san-so") is a similar profile to Grenache with its medium body and bright red fruit aromas. One of my go-to summer wines, grab some for yourself here if it is your new favorite too.
3.) Wine: Echolands Syrah Les Collines Vineyard: This powerful, full bodied Rhone varietal is well at home in Washington's Walla Walla Valley as evidenced by this superb example. Pair this full bodied wine with a T-bone steak, beef bourguignon, or porcini mushroom risotto, and watch the magic that happens on your palate when you pair like a pro. New favorite? Grab some for yourself here.
Cheers to drinking great wine!
