Old World vs. New World Answers Unveiled
1.) Honeycomb, apricot, and flint are all classic aromas of Old World Austrian Sauvignon Blancs. This one is Sattlerhof Winery's Sudsteiermark and is a great example of the region.
2.) Lime zest, grapefruit, and fresh cut grass are all classic aromas of New World New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. This great example is from Stoneleigh Winery in Marlborough.
